RETURNS - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.
We are based in the United Kingdom. Whilst I am happy to accept returns of standard aprons you will need to send your item to me here in order to receive a full refund or exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Customized aprons can not be returned unless they are faulty or mis-spelled.
Quality control is paramount but occasionally an item may arrived damaged or faulty.
If this happens to you please contact me immediately with a photo or two clearly showing the problem. I don't quibble and will replace your item completely free of any cost to yourself.
Please do not leave a negative review before contacting me if you have a problem. I will always do my utmost to put it right for you.
My products are printed / made to order and not held in stock ready to go so once you have placed your order, strictly speaking it is not possible to cancel.
However, I know that sometimes something goes wrong and the order genuinely needs to be cancelled. If you let me know within 24 hours of placing your order I will do my best to cancel it for you, but it won't always be possible as items often go into the print queue within that timescale.
